Patti's Print Shop offers the following Returns Policy:
Damage in Shipping:
All orders over $25.00 will be shipped insured (at no charge to you). Retain all original packaging and email me as soon as you notice any damage. Failure to retain the original packaging will cause the insurance claim to be denied.
The original packaging will be needed to process an insurance claim. Email me immediately and I will begin the insurance claim. Once we start the insurance claim, we can usually re-ship the order within a few days.
Returns/Exchanges due to error: Errors happen occasionally - humans are well known for making them. Let me know within 10 days of your purchase, giving me details of what is wrong so I can check my records for your item and make corrections. If I made the mistake, I will send you a corrected one at no additional charge. If the error is due to an error in the information you send me, you will need to pay half of the original purchase price plus shipping for the corrected item.
